Pass Restrictions
Passes must be paid for in full
All rounds expire end of 26′ season
Pass holder may use 1 pass for guest per day
Seniors/Military receive 10% discount on passes
Only 2 Village Passes per person per year
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as flexible as possible while ensuring fair access for all guests.
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled tee time to avoid any fees.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours will be charged for cart fee(s).
- Cancellations within 3 hours of the tee time, or no-shows, will be charged up to the full reservation amount.
- Changes to the size of your group at check-in will still be charged for those cart fee(s).
- If weather conditions are deemed unplayable by the golf course, we will gladly reschedule your tee time or provide a credit.
- For group outings or events, separate cancellation terms may apply and will be outlined at the time of booking.
